The Finnish Basketball Association and Mariadi Oy have cooperated in the training of top-level referees since 2022, and the results have been significant. Mariadi’s and Vauraste's extensive business life experience, coaching skills and previous activities as an international referee have brought new elements to the training of our top-level referees, such as psychophysiology.

EasyFit and Mariadi Oy have cooperated in group motion instruction since 2023, whereas Mariadi Oy/Tero Vauraste have offered EasyFit and its customers indoor cycling, kettlebell, circuit training and body care instruction services. The customers have given good feedback about the instructing and the methods of his coaching, and there may often be a queue of several customers for the lessons.
